BIO
Josh Simon, MBA, PhD, PCC

As a long-time practitioner (40+ years) of personal development, martial arts, and the School of Life, Josh found himself as the owner of a successful small business with a financially secure situation. What quickly became apparent after settling into the hard-earned calm quiet cadence was the need to give back.
In today's divided world there are too many choices. There are too many things to know, and too many variables to track. It is nearly impossible to affect the ongoing machine, for good or ill. With this in mind, Josh decided to get right with the world one person at a time, to take on the obligation of giving to others and showing his gratitude for Life by helping them achieve their dreams too. For some, the dream is fame and fortune. For others, it is a quiet mind.
All of these things depend heavily on an overlooked quality: a person's relationship with their own Self. There are seminars and programs and methods that largely miss the point with their prescriptions, when the root of the issue is so simple, and yet so complicated. A person who enters into a functioning relationship with their Self does everyone else a favor by becoming better to be with, and in so doing the person's life improves drastically.
The people who find themselves at a crossroads in Life, unsure of their direction, are Josh's kindred spirits. They are his People. Josh lives at the Crossroads and waits there for you to tell him your doubts about where you should go.
