How do you "do mindfulness" in an accessible way? What does it look like? This is a different sort of webinar. There are no slides, but there are simple exercises you can take with you afterward to increase your mindfulness. The 90-minute accessible mindfulness webinar will show you what mindfulness feels like and what its opposite feels like. You will be given practical exercises and examples on how to use this principle in your daily life and work, whether you are in a new career or you are a leadership veteran.
